New build housing in Teignmouth
The developer of this new build site in Teignmouth had to create a wild flower set aside area as part of the conditions for planning approval. We were called in to clear the hillside of Brash and Bramble in order to enable him to carry out selected Tree planting and regeneration of grass with a wildflower mix.
Holiday Let in North Molton
Our client recently acquired the property which came with several acres of land that had gone wild with heavy Bramble so we came into clear to make way for proposed wild flower and grass regeneration. However we did recommend retaining some small areas for wildlife as well as Blackberries.
Burrington Shoot
Our brief here was to cut the steep hillside on one of the Peg lines which is unsafe for a conventional tractor/flail combination. We have looked after this shoot for a few years now and carry out regular ride cutting on some of the other drives they have

We are happy to have the Fox and Hounds Country Hotel as a regular client where we not only carry out regular flail mowing to the lower field which cannot be accessed by anything larger due to a very low rail bridge which crosses the only access point but we also carry out vital tree management for them as in a area of extensive Ash die back.
